This Friday: Aimee Nolte teaches how she learns tunes

Reader,

9 years ago, Aimee Nolte published the most important jazz video ever recorded on YouTube. It's not her most popular video, but it was so transformational for my playing.

I've probably done this "point and sing" exercise once a week, at least, since the video dropped.

I'm really excited to have Aimee as our guest at this week's Zoom workshop.

Aimee will be showing us her process for learning a new standard, and tricks to help it stick with you long term.

The event is open to anyone who wants to come, and I really hope you'll be able to join us.

RSVP for the Workshop

The workshop is this Friday, May 8th, at 1:00 Eastern.

You are already on the notification list for this workshop. I'll email you the Zoom link to join 30 min before we start.

The event will be recorded at published in our replay archive for Jazz-Library members.

Happy Practicing,

Josh Walsh
